Hiring – HR Business Partner (NP-4)
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Position holder will collaborate with CEO, Functional Heads, Corporate Office HR and must be well versed with:
- Industrial Relations
- Workforce Planning
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management System Viz. Balanced Scorecard/ KPI
- Total Rewards
- Employee Engagement
- Learning and Development
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Change Management and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Candidate must have minimum 10 years’ experience across HR functions in manufacturing industry, with at least 4 years’ managerial experience in factory environment having global presence.
Tech savvy, hands-on ERP experienced candidates preferred.
MBA with HR specialization, or master’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Social Sciences or equivalent.
